Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to orders within India.

Processing Time
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders 
placed over the weekend are dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery: 8-12 business days after dispatch
- Some remote pincodes may take up to 15 business days

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be updated in your 
order information. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking 
details within a reasonable time.

Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, an 
absent receiver, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned 
to us and shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If the parcel appears 
damaged or incomplete, please refuse delivery or note it as "Damaged" 
and contact us the same day.

Bank Holidays
We do not process deliveries on bank holidays; your parcel will be 
delivered the next working day.

Shipping Delays
While we work to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally 
occur due to weather, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond 
our control. In rare cases, resolving a delayed or stuck shipment may 
take up to 45 days. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to 
track your order for updates.
